Instruction for the presentations
Oral Presentations:
- The time limit is 12 min in total in which of 10 min for talk and 2 min for question handling.
- Presentations must be prepared in Microsoft PowerPoint and saved on a USB flash drive. The aspect ratio of the projection screen is 16:9. Please make your presentation slides with this aspect ratio.
- Computer information: Windows 11, Microsoft Office 2021 (the latest version).
- Please submit your presentation PDF file to us (asqp2025@gmail.com) by November 1, 2025.
- Please submit your presentation file to the PC at the Welcome Reception Desk (11th floor) on the morning of November 11, 2025.
Poster Presentations:
- Authors will be notified of their assigned poster session time and expected to stand by their posters during this period.
- The size of the posters must not exceed 90 cm width X 120 cm height (3 feet X 4 feet). We recommend printing in “A0“ size.
- Posters must be set up in the 6F Exhibition Gallery between 12:00 pm and 16:00 pm on November 11 (Tuesday), and should remain displayed for the duration of the symposium. The hanging tools (pins, thumbtacks and transparent sticky tapes) will be provided at the venue.
- Please remove your poster after all Poster Sessions are completed.
